All orders placed from overseas must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made online or by providing us with the relevant Credit/Debit card details at [email protected]

Any import duties and/or taxes are payable by the customer.


UK DELIVERY: Two options are available for delivery within the UK. If you select 'UK Standard Delivery', your order shall be sent via Royal Mail. There is no tracking available for this service, though proof of postage can be provided. Should you wish for your order to be sent via a tracked delivery service, please select 'UK Tracked Delivery' as your delivery option. Orders >2kg will automatically be sent via courier where tracking is available for this.

INTERNATIONAL DELVIERY: Several options are available for International delivery outside of the UK. If you select your region's 'Standard Delivery', your order shall be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. There is no international tracking information available for this service, though proof of postage can be provided. Your order can be tracked within the UK, but once handed over to your country's local postal service, we are unable to facilitate in the rare event of a parcel going missing. If a parcel of music does goes missing outside of the UK using this service, we will not be held accountable for parcels that have gone missing when beyond our jurisdiction. In the rare event that your parcel does go missing when shipped using this service, we will offer to re-sent your music again. However, you will be accountable to pay for the 'Worldwide International Tracked Delivery' option, as we shall refuse to re-send any music internationally to an address to which music has previously gone missing. You will not be asked to re-order your music. Refunds for lost international parcels will not be possible unless the parcel was lost within the UK or in the event that we cannot provide you with proof of postage. Some items may be held in customs for a time which will delay your music arrival. Again, we are unable to facilitate quick delivery of your music if it is held in Customs.

Should you wish for your order to be sent via a tracked international delivery service, which shall insure you and the costs of your music against any lost parcels, please select 'Worldwide International Tracked Delivery' as your delivery option. We can provide you and Customs (if required) with a tracking number should any issues arise. This service allows us to be able to assist with any lost parcels. Should your parcel go missing en-route within the UK or internationally in your country, using this service ensures we will refund you for any lost or damaged parcels.

All customers will be sent an automated email as soon as their order is dispatched so you know your music is on its way.


We aim to dispatch all music orders as soon as possible. For the UK, music should be with you within 7-10 working days or sooner. Mainland Europe can expect to receive their orders within 14 working days. Order from further afield can take up to 3-5 weeks depending upon the distance from the UK and your countries local postage system.


Pennine Music are now proud to be able to make many titles available digitally as a PDF download for you to print off yourself at home. A PDF download order will see your music emailed to you directly with a PDF file containing your music. Please allow up to 24hrs for this to be processed and sent to you. Please note you can only order one title per order. Trying to add multiple download titles to your cart will see unnecessary shipping costs incurred so please, order each title you require individually. Please also check your junk/spam folders as your music file may have been sent and automatically moved into one of these folders in your mailbox system. To order a digital title, please find the title you require and after selecting 'Purchase Sheet Music', select the 'Digital Download PDF' option from the drop down menu in your shopping cart. This purchase option is currently only available for non-UK customers. Please note that not all titles in our catalogue are available to be purchased digitally. This is due to copyright licences and restrictions on certain pieces.


Refunds on sheet music are not available due to the strict copyright restrictions that are in place. Under no circumstances are we able to accept returns unless the product is deemed faulty, in which case, please Contact Us to discuss this matter and we shall endeavour to put things right for you. Wallace Mute returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items need to be returned undamaged and in full original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
