All products distributed by Pennine Music Publishing remain the property of Pennine Music Publishing until paid for in full.
UK customers can choose to pay in a variety of ways. Online (using secure services provided by PayPal), cheque or by card over the telephone. Music orders can be dispatched along with an invoice to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. All other products must be paid for up front by any of the methods mentioned above.
All orders placed from overseas must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made online or by providing us with the relevant Credit/Debit card details.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING (UK)
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Should you wish for your order to be sent via a courier, special delivery, or tracked & signed for, this option is available at check-
POSTAGE & PACKAGING (OVERSEAS)
All overseas orders are sent via standard Royal Mail Air Mail Standard Delivery. Please note that this is not a tracked and signed for service outside of the UK. All orders being placed from outside the UK that wish to be tracked and signed for require special consideration and we request that you Contact Us so we can discuss the best and most cost effective way to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES (UK)
We aim to dispatch all music orders within 48hrs. Music should be with you in less than 7 working days. Wallace Mute orders are dispatched as quickly as possible (usually within 72hrs or sooner). Some specialist Mute items may require additional time.

Mainland Europe can expect to receive their orders within 14 working days. Order from further afield can take up to 3-
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds on sheet music are not available due to the strict copyright restrictions that are in place. We are unable to accept returns unless the product is deemed faulty, in which case, please Contact Us to discuss this matter and we shall endeavour to put things right for you.
Refunds on other products are accepted and will be made once the product has been returned to us in an undamaged condition. If your product is faulty, please Contact Us to discuss this matter and we shall endeavour to put things right for you and send you a replacement.
Lost items in the mail within the UK will be resent to you or refunded depending upon your preference. Overseas orders lost in the UK mail system will be resent to you or refunded depending upon your preference. Items lost in overseas local mail will not be refunded or resent and so we strongly suggest contacting us prior to placing an overseas order to ensure your products can be tracked and traced outside of the UK.
